This session will address the utilization of Construction Wiremen (CWs) and Construction Electricians (CEs). Electrical Contractors who commit to using CW/CE’s need a change in their business model.  The tools to make the CW/CE program more efficient and profitable for your company will be included in this session. Topics covered include:
·         Changing your business model
·         Estimating Using CW/CE Crews: How Should I Bid This?
·         Managing Crews and Assessing Skill Levels: Evaluating Skill Levels in the Field
·         Tracking Productivity and creating correct labor units
·         Integrating CW-CE Crews into the IBEW Workforce

This session will also include an explanation how a small and large-scale electrical contractor has successfully integrated workers under the new classification into their workforce.
