Safety is mission critical in the electrical industry. Statistics reveal that more than 10,000 electricians are injured annually on the job, with an average of 10 lost work days. The missing link often times is the inability of unleashing the supervisory component of jobsite safety management. Learn how to improve your safety and health performance by capitalizing on supervisory staff. Participants will gain valuable information on the importance of the supervisor’s role in achieving jobsite safety. Session topics include activities such as pre-planning, training, inspection, coaching and accident reporting.
